Loyalty Card:

  1. The Footprints Loyalty Card entitles the holder to receive a complimentary 6th treatment after attending 5 eligible treatments.
  2. Eligible treatments include services offered by Footprints as indicated on our official service menu.
  3. The Loyalty Card must be presented at the time of each treatment to receive a stamp.
  4. Only one stamp will be issued per visit, regardless of the number of services received during that visit.
  5. The complimentary 6th treatment cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offers or promotions.
  6. Footprints reserves the right to amend or terminate the Loyalty Card program at any time without prior notice.

Gift Voucher:

  1. Footprints Gift Vouchers are valid until the date specified on the voucher and must be redeemed before the expiry date.
  2. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and no cash change will be given for purchases made using a voucher.
  3. Management reserves the right to refuse the redemption of any Gift Voucher if it is deemed to be tampered with, duplicated, or invalid.
  4. Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.
  5. Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be redeemed for services offered by Footprints.
  6. Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts.
  7. Footprints is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Vouchers.
  8. Gift Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption.
  9. Any remaining balance on a Gift Voucher can be used towards another treatment.
  10. All purchases made using a Gift Voucher are subject to Footprints' standard terms and conditions of service.

By obtaining and/or using the Footprints Loyalty Card or Gift Voucher, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Footprints reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
